Stir Fry Series - MKT

MKT= Mushroom Kale Tomato

Kale.


Sliced.


Onions.


Tomatoes.


Mushrooms.


Tofu, soaked in choice sauce (the longer, the better). Stir periodically.

Garlic.


Oil, 2 second count. Heat. Aromatics, until the house smells good (rule of thumb, 30 seconds).


Proteins.


Semi-Browned.


Kale.


Mushrooms.


Tomatoes.


Serve!





The only tools I need. Bamboo Utensil. Sharp Knife.



HINT: This tastes especially awesome served over quinoa, which I neglected to make today. Oh well.
