Stir Fry Series - Potato & Veggies

So, I do a lot of stir fries. They are easy, healthy (if you don't over do the oil/dressings), and delicious! So, I'm just going to call all of these posts "stir fry series"


Wild rice + rice cooker + half-water/half-vegetable broth (low sodium)


Prepare veggies






Aromatics
Start the potatoes
Start to add veggies according to how long they take to cook and how done you want them
Yum. I added mushrooms on a whim.
